Antigua Commercial Bank is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced individual for the position of Project Manager to ensure the timely implementation within budget of all assigned projects so as to optimize the Bank’s efficiency and productivity, while complying with all relevant and internationally-recognized standards of operations and security frameworks.

The duties to be performed include:

  • Prepares comprehensive project plans inclusive of deliverables, timelines, budgets, personnel and resource requirements for efficient project implementation.
  • Interface with relevant stakeholders for maximum input in determining the best solutions and lead implementation upon approval.
  • Assess, manage and communicate the possible risks involved with assigned projects.
  • Facilitate and co-ordinate training programmes or any other resource needed for project completion as needed.
  • Ensures that the necessary security systems are in place to protect the Group’s computerized systems and guard the Bank against potential loss.

To perform the job successfully the individual must have:

  • At least a Bachelors of Science Degree in Management Information Systems and/or Project Management.
  • PMP, PRINCE II and CCNA certifications are a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Solid technical background and/or hands-on experience in Networking, ATM and Credit Card technologies.
  • Proven work experience in project management particularly in the information technology sector.
